Yes, our technicians can transfer data from your current system. However, there will be a charge for this service. The amount will be determined by the clarity of the original data.

Is there a free trial?

Customers can try out our demo account, which provides access to all features on the platform for a limited time. After the trial, they can choose to sign up for one of two package; the 'Still Package' or the 'Sparkling Package' - H2O packages

Do I need an accounts package for it to work?

No. H2O can work independently of your accounts package but linking it to your accounts package is recommended to streamline your business processes.

Does H2O work with all accounts packages?

For now, H2O is only compatible with Xero. However, plans are in place to broaden the range of compatible accounts packages to include Sage and others.

Can other dealers and users see my stock?

No, the platform is completely secure. Access to your data is reserved for you and your staff. However, in the event that troubleshooting is required, you can grant H2O staff access to your data using a one-time passcode.

Is there training available?

Support is available via email and phone, while video tutorials are also available should you need them. Online and on-site training are also available on request.

Is H2o mobile- friendly?

Yes. H2O is accessible on smartphones and tablets, letting you check stock, service schedules, and reports on the go.

Can I customise reports

Yes. H2O allows you to generate and customise reports on sales, stock, services and costs to suit your dealership's needs.
